Mr. Foley has been involved in a variety of financial and forensic litigation matters at Rosen & Associates, including shareholder disputes, fraud investigations, the valuation of privately held securities and alleged professional negligence relating to public accountants and auditors.
Prior to joining Rosen & Associates, Mr. Foley was employed in the assurance practice of large and mid-sized accounting firms in both Canada and Bermuda, where his clients ranged from owner-managed businesses to large public entities.
Mr. Foley earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree (with distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is a Chartered Accountant.
