Cyrus Khory


Mr. Khory is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Certified Public Accountant / Certified in Financial Forensics (CPA/CFF) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (with distinction) from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

At Rosen & Associates, Mr. Khory specializes in a variety of matters including investigations and litigation support in cases involving: professional negligence of public accountants and auditors; forensic accounting investigations of corporate fraud, employee embezzlement and accounting irregularities; financial statements analysis; and the quantification of damages and economic losses for breach of contract and personal injury. Mr. Khory has also been involved in special government assignments such as the Province-wide Third Party Review of Public Hospitals.

Mr. Khory has completed numerous independent expert reports in respect of the above matters and has provided oral testimony on forensic accounting investigations pursuant to private arbitration proceedings. He has also acted in an advisory role to lawyers on a variety of accounting-related issues.

Prior to joining Rosen & Associates, Mr. Khory worked at large and mid-sized accounting firms and has been an instructor at the Schulich School of Business at York University lecturing on topics of financial accounting. Mr. Khory has also given presentations to law firms on the topics of damages and economic loss quantification.
